Each overnight Newborn Care Expert will lovingly care for your baby and respond to every need. Newborn & Postpartum Support Daytime Visits​4 hour minimum starting at $160/day. In-Person Whether you’re recovering physically from a c-section, have newborn-related questions or simply need extra emotional support, we’ll match you up with one of our compassionate, professional nurses to assist you in any postpartum care you require. Your daytime baby nurse will provide expert newborn care in addition to creating a stimulating environment that will help foster infant development. Our NCE can also walk you through NB101 - how to bathe a baby, swaddling tips, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, etc.

Virtual CPR, Choking & Infant Emergencies ClassOur pre-recorded online course will go over infant, child, and adult CPR and choking with slides and video instructions. We will also go over feeding and diapering safety, as well as infant emergencies such as anaphylaxis, what to look for and how to respond. This course is solely informational.

Virtual Sleep Coaching 101: Healthy & Safe Sleep Habits ClassBoston Baby Nurse & Nanny will teach you through this pre-recorded class, step by step, our Controlled & Compassionate Sleep Coaching Method. Our method reaches success in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of crying; it only takes 4-14 days based on your child's temperament. We will teach you the science behind sleep, how to sleep condition, and how to teach your child healthy sleep habits. Then, when your baby is at least 4 months old and gets the green light from his pediatrician you will be ready to jump right into sleep coaching.

Lactation Session (2 Hour In-Home Session)Consult with a Registered Nurse who is a Certified Lactation Counselor. We will design a customized session for you to discuss your specific needs. During this session we will assess a full feeding and then go over latch, oral assessment, feeding recommendations, and everything you need to feel successful in your breastfeeding. The cost is $325 for a 2-hour in-home session. **Please note that a $35 travel fee may apply for those located greater than 30 miles from the Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny office located in Needham, MA.

Lactation Session (90 Minute Virtual Session)Enjoy this 90-minute Virtual Lactation Consultation with a nursing, international board-certified lactation consultant designed to support you on your lactation journey. This virtual appointment will provide you with a full feeding assessment, feeding recommendations, latch, and more. Every private session is designed to address your primary needs and concerns.

Lactation Session (60 Minute Phone Session)Spend up to 60 minutes on the phone with a nursing, international board-certified lactation consultant to assess and discuss what you and your baby's specific needs and feeding goals are. We will explore and discuss in detail what issues you are having or answer questions in order to help you to feel successful with your breastfeeding goals. We will also assess if a virtual or in-home lactation consultation would be beneficial. Gather your questions, concerns, or anything else and a certified IBCLC will help you.

Teresa has supported families for the past 20 years as a newborn care expert, nanny, and professional organizer. She is currently working on her certification as a Certified Lactation Educator. Teresa’s goal is to ensure that every family feels supported and equipped with evidence-based information and skills to care for their new baby. She also encourages the new parents to practice self-care which also aids in giving baby the best of themselves. Caring for babies and new parents is Teresa’s passion, and she feels blessed to live this reality with every family she supports. When not supporting families, she loves spending time with her own family. She is a wife and a mother of 2 boys.
