Enjoy a 60 min sensual womb yoga class. This Saturday flow encourages hip opening yoga stretches allowing you to relax, get intune with your divine feminine and flow in your own body. All levels are welcomed! Aromatherapy, breathwork and meditation included in your session! Please bring a mat.

Hi my name is Jasmin. I am a registered nurse, wholistic wellness coach, 200hr yoga teacher, and certified birth doula. I would love to support you on your wellness journey as your ... moreown personal womb coach. I found my passion for womb wellness after the birth of my son. I was in midwifery school at the time, and during my own labor I realized my passion was helping women in the space of preventative care, lifestyle medicine and self love. In all of my work I combine knowledge using a mind, body spirit approach and often integrate eastern and western practices to provide you a full life-changing expierence.

Women's Self Love and Wellness plan includes 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching. Please speak with your doctor or midwife regarding any concerns you may have, including starting new exercise routines or breath work. This program is non refundable and is intended for educational purposes. We do not individually treat, diagnose or prescribe to our clients. $1200-$2500
