Individual Counseling | When you begin your journey with Begin Again Counseling, you will have the option to engage in individual therapy, mindfulness practices and group support among other services. All services at this time are via telehealth until further notice. At this time, Begin Again Counseling does not take insurance but I do offer limited sliding scale spots for BIPOC and anyone experiencing financial hardships. Therapy access is extremely important to Begin Again’s mission; I never want financial hardships to be a barrier for services. Stillbirth Support Group | Our Stillbirth support group offers supports for families who have experienced a stillbirth and need additional community support to heal and grieve. This group is currently virtual and will remain virtual until further notice. Our Stillbirth support group meets every second Tuesday of every month from 6:30pm-8:30pm virtually. Members who are interested in joining may e-mail me and they will be added to the virtual calendar invite. | $ 0 | Per Session |
