About me
Movement is a metaphor for life. The way we move in our bodies = the way we live in our bodies. As a movement professional for over 20 years, I see firsthand that how we engage with our bodies affects our relationship with our minds, with our partners, friends, children, and colleagues. I also see how we often choose intensity and so-called "quick fixes" over sustainable practices that can nourish us for years to come. I know this, because I was this.

Through practical approaches to yoga and the equally ancient practice of Ayurveda, I offer perinatal services and mentorships for mothers that move you from feeling overwhelmed and overburdened to deeply nourished, aligned, calm, and with a reclaimed sense of vitality. I'm a yoga therapist, Ayurveda practitioner, birth doula, dancer, mother, sleep consultant, and writer committed to your wholeness.
