Prenatal + Parenthood Package | A postpartum doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood. This package includes a one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment, four hours of in-person or virtual support and a one hour virtual closing session to discuss how to set yourself up for the future when the support package ends.
Support may include:
-Birth + baby prep; newborn care; sleep + feeding support; postpartum recovery; and light housework + meal prep

Prenatal Consult | This prenatal consult via Zoom is to go over all of your options and wishes for labor and birth and to also assist you with your birth plan. Positioning, breathing, and other techniques can be discussed that may help you during labor, including tips for your partner (when applicable) on how to provide the best support during labor and delivery. We can also address any concerns you may have, as well as provide any evidence-based information you request to help you make the best choices about your care and feel empowered about the birth process. 2 hours. | $ 150 | Per Package |

Lactation Consultations Virtual | Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) are here to help you, in your home, where you are most comfortable. Our IBCLC's will meet you where you're at on your breastfeeding journey and make a plan to help you achieve your goals. They will troubleshoot with you, help you with positioning, answer any questions you have about what may be normal and what might need more assistance. This visit is typically anywhere from 2-3 hours. Follow up visits are available as needed. Virtual Consult Cost (1-1.5 hours in length): $250.00 | $ 250 | Per Package |

Newborn Care Classes | Topics discussed will include: Newborn Appearance/Behavior, Feeding Guidelines (Breastfeeding and Bottlefeeding), Burping, Settling and Soothing a Newborn (including swaddling), Bathing a baby, Infant Massage, Infant sleep guidelines and sleep shaping, Basic infant car seat safety. Childbirth Classes | Lamaze-based childbirth education in group and individual settings. You will cover pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum recovery. Basic anatomy and physiology of labor and birth will also be discussed. You will go over comfort measures for coping with labor for both the mother and partner to help you achieve a positive birth experience. Natural birth techniques and common medical interventions in the hospital will be discussed to help you make informed, evidence-based decisions about your care. Sibling Doula Services | Our doulas are available to help you with your older sibling(s) when you have your baby. They will be on call for you and stay with your children so you can focus on your labor and birth without worry. Sibling Doula Services include 1 prenatal visit lasting approximately 2 hours with you and your children so that they can become familiar with your doula and continuous on-call in person childcare when you go into labor starting at 37 weeks until after you birth your baby. Birth Doula Services | Continuous phone/email support from the time you sign our contract, 1-2 prenatal meetings (depending on package chosen) to go over your plans for birth and we can best be a part of your birth team, on-call status from 37 weeks until you have your baby, continuous presence at your labor and birthuntil 1-2 hours after you have your baby, and 1-2 postpartum visits (depending on your package chosen) 1-2 weeks after your baby is born. $1800-2100. Postpartum Doula Services | Postpartum doula services are available for the first year to help you and your family adjust to this wonderful, new family dynamic. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: breastfeeding support and education, bottle feeding support and education, emotional and physical recovery from birth, sleep guidance, infant soothing and general coping skills, light meal preparation, light housework and general needs of the family. Availability for postpartum doula care is for a minimum of 4-hour shifts during the day and 8-hour shifts overnight. Packages can be custom made to suit your needs. $45/hour.
