Jayne Havens is a certified sleep consultant specializing in infant and toddler sleep. Jayne is trained through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting, and also offers her own certification program - the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. She offers a "client led approach", meeting families where they are and coaching through techniques that align with their parenting style and that feel safe and comfortable for them. There is no one size fits all approach to teaching independent sleep.
