Infant Concierge provides doula quality support to families with infants and toddlers. My mission is to build calm, confidence, and connection into your new parenthood transitions by combining current research and time-tested wisdom in formats that fit the realities of modern life and your unique family. Flexible options include home visits, phone/video call support, virtual and in-person classes, and the signature VIP Mama online membership.
Cancellation Policy: For home visits and private classes: With at least 2 hours notice, may be rescheduled one time, with the option to switch to virtual support at the same rate. No refund will be issued except when an emergency, such as hospitalization or severe weather, prevents either clients or doula from attending. If the doula is not able to attend due to illness or family emergency, rescheduling or a refund will also be offered. For group classes: Refunds will be offered if class is cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment. Students may also receive a refund of class fees if they notify me of cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled class. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, the refund will be available in the form of a credit for other classes or services offered. Refunds are not available for students who fail to show up for their registered class with no notice. For the VIP Mamas online membership: A full refunds is available in the event of perinatal loss or dissatisfaction with the membership content. Members have seven days from the start of their membership to communicate their dissatisfaction. If no complaint is received within the first week of membership, then fees will not be refunded, except in cases of loss.
