This specific coaching program is designed to nurture you from the end of your pregnancy into the early weeks home settling into your life with a newborn. You want the bridge between the pre-baby life to the other side. This is a 3 month package with six 1 hour 1-1 coaching sessions included (2 coaching sessions per month). We will dig into what is working and what is not, so you can begin to find clarity in your life. You may have one child or growing your family. You could be taking your second maternity leave and things shifted again. You may have multiple kids and have limited time. In these sessions, we will tackle the transitions you are in and create clarity on what is next on your path for work, family life and creating balance.
