About me
I am a scientist and a doula. DONA International defines a birth doula as a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

The birth of my children has transformed me as I was fascinated with the miracle of birthing. I’ve been providing birth and postpartum support for women around me since 2011, so they can experience this life-changing event in the most pleasurable and empowering way. I strive to provide informed, loving and non judgmental support during and after childbirth, pregnancy and postpartum childrearing so you can make the best start for you, your baby and your family. I would be honored to be a part of your birth and postpartum support team.

Free phone consultations (15-30 min) can be scheduled upon request.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due as soon as you decide to hire me to secure your spot on my calendar. The remainder of the fees are due at 35 weeks. I will make every effort to provide the services described here. If I cannot make it due to unforeseen reasons (rapid labor, change in hospital policy allowing doulas, etc…) the full payment will not be refunded. I will support virtually or may arrange additional postpartum visits in exchange for birth fees. If I cannot make it due to personal reasons (illness, family emergencies) I will make every effort to provide a backup doula and offer virtual support. If you fail to contact me to attend your labor or decide for any reason not to include me, there is no refund.
